[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Since a lot of people liked my previous post of a Lancia Stratos HF I decided to post another classic rallyecar. It's the "Urquattro", one of the best AWD cars ever built from the 80's. Walter Röhrl used the Version S1 "Pikes Peak"(called the Wingmonster) to beat the record on Pikes Peak.
Concerning the image I am very proud of the fact that I didn't have to crop anything. I took it this way even with the blurry backdrop. Hope you like it...

i think it is the best rally car ever. i have heared that this car needs 70 litre oil for 100 km. the sound of it was fantastic.

ARKA PLANDA İNSANLAR 0LMASA ARKA PLAN SİYAH VEYA BAŞKA BİR RENK OLSA ÇOK DAHA İYİ OLUR.

Andreas, this in the camera crop is perfect in my opinion. ONce again great panning and you kept the audi in a sharp state. A real sense of speed here.

Cheers,
Brian

Yep, you got this one right on. Good job!

This photo shows the "angle of attack." Some of your landings show the "angle of descent"- which seems to have very much to do with engine placement.

BTW: This Quattro was a big deal in the States- in relative terms. 4 WD was pretty much unheard of (aside from trucks) and I can't recall if Lancia was ever imported into the States (I'm sure some private guys shipped cars from Europe, but where did they get parts?)

Regards,
Randy

Hallo Andreas!
Andreas

Hello Andreas,
Flying Audi looks very dramatically pug-nosed of the hood. The shark respondent one looks like before the retraction aboard fishing smack. Interested picture, very dynamic removal.
Best regards of Poznan,
Jurek
