Photographer’s Note
One week ago I have to Dusseldorf, I have also a visit to the promonade of Dusseldorf at the Rhein. I have few information about this city. The Rhein (river) is one of greatest of Europe.
This picture I have cropped to a better composition.
The colours are really.

Bonjour John
Amicalement.

Hi John,
A very nice perspective which makes the spire and the bridge the strong points in the shot. Nice capture showing the daily life activity without loosing details for composition. Good colours without overdoing the saturation and excellent sharpness.
Good shot

Its very true about the light. The light you had was great, as usual, you are very good at shooting in these kinds of conditions. The Dusseldorf promenade seems kind of small compared to the importance of the city. I was expecting something more grand and magnificent actually. Im happy to have seen a new place thanks to you.

Hi John
Is it optional spelling? Rhine or Rhein? Anyway, great sharpness, color, lighting, & perpective. Ilike the triangle formed by the flag, bridge, & tower. Good work!

Cher John,

Hi John,
Everything in the right us incredibly sharp, with excellent clean colours. This is the strongest point of the picture and makes it very nice. Composition seems to be, on the other hand, out of balance a bit -- right side looks heavier than the left one.
Thanks,
Marek

Nice to see a photo from Germany coming from you, John. Good perspective along the Rhine promenade, leading the eye towards the old church and adjacent tower. The bridge was also well included as a horizontal compositional detail.

Goeieavond John,

Hi John, there you go again with your incredible depth! ;) The bridge is placed brilliantly in the shot. The horizon is good as well as the puffy clouds. But the walk takes our eyes through the shot effortlessly. Good shooting John.

I love viewing these countries from all over the world. And this photo really is attractive too. I love it. Who says th eKit lens is soft. I have it too and I think its nice if you have photoshop. So I am wondering if you had to sharpen this photo when you converted it to jpeg? A lovely scene John.

Beautiful composition, John. You have everything here - a boat, a bridge and a church - and yet it is not crowded and has lots of open space. I like the sense of scale. Well seen and framed.

Hi John, A beautiful composition with the river side walkway curve along the side from foreground to the background. A well taken picture with nice contrast, clarity, and sharpness. Well done.

Hello John,
Thanks also for your great technical and photo geographical guidelines. Now I'm in a short changing of my past produced pictures and also guidelines for future themes. So my excuses and delay.
I like the way and composition you did. All is perfect in a four seasons weather.
Excelent and a great perspective with all the elements in a harmonious frame.
Have a nice weekend and I'll post tomorrow and allways in a two daily basis.
Best

Another good place of my city, John. It my favorite place for a walk because I like the view to the Rhine. Even for biking it's a good place because you can follow the ways next to the river for about 30 km. This place before the Church is the BURGPLATZ with the shipmuseum and a cafe on top of the tower.
Very nice shot,
Nino.

Düsseldorf - probably more joyful city of Germany.
This is big center of fashion studios, banking, IT companies and international Fairs.
The shot shows us the meeting point for any night beer-sensions.
