An immense cathedrale of cologne. Very impressive when comming out of a main train station, you fall into an immense cathedrale on your right. You cannot imagin its scale to the town. You should go to the other side of the river and see the cathedrale especially during sun set and the cathedral is lightened up! Unbelievable!

Excellent imagination to get top such a position.
And the shot has come of excellently....The spires of the cathedral and the buildings around it rises tall enough to make such a view possible. However to keep the lamp-post in the centre was clever work. It really gives the perspective and proportions a hightened effect. The angle of the post from where the transparent lampshade juts out is appropriate and a very good option - keeping its background clear to the skies.
