Photographer’s Note

Cologne is such a vibrand an modern city. I just try to get a vibrant shot here of the city while combining the city scape of a million people city with a river foreground and a sunset. Hope it's good looking despite that the same shot is a "classic" one and many times seen.

This is a great blue hour shot. Your low POV works well with the foreground rock adding to the depth of the scene. The blending of natural and artificial lighting is great here making for a fine photo. The two churches provide excellent balance for the scene.
