These puppets have been waiting to be dressed for a shopping center in Cologne City. They looked to me like a metaphor of a disconnected couple.

Hallo Frank,
A strong metaphor in this photo. The mannequins seem very lifelike to me (especially the male, due to his posture), despite being disconnected and falling apart. I like the soft and slightly dappled lighting. Good idea to use black and white.
