Photographer’s Note

I liked the contrast between the old "Gründerzeit" architecture and the modern sculpture and building in the back. I have no clue what the sculpture is supposed to represent but the highrise in the back is Bonn's Stadthaus which essentially serves as its city hall.

Really nice framing and good light to show this interesting architecture contrast, you also have nice contrast between the warm and cold colors here.

Das Kunstwerk kann ich auch nicht deuten, aber Dein Foto ist ein echter "Hingucker". Die 3 Elemente, die es enthält, sind ja wirklich kaum gegensätzlicher denkbar. Das tolle Licht hat hier einen zusätzlichen guten Effekt gebracht.
Ich habe mir erlaubt, Dein Foto meinem Thema "Bonn" hinzuzufügen. Bonn ist nämlich "my favourite city" in weitem Umkreis! ;-)

Excellent play of the light on this modern structure and the old building. The "patterns" of the other building in the background also looks great. But the best I think is the contrast between the warm and cool colours here.

So am I, I find them very beautiful these contrasts. Those of the curves of the right building and the sculpture, those of the straight lines of both buildings and sculpture. Here is a very beautiful triangular composition where element answer.
