Voici une partie de la Gare d'Aachen Hbf, qui maintenant accueille les trains Thalys et TGV, Eurostar.

D'aspect traditionnel à l'extérieur, elle n'en n'est pas moins moderne à l'intérieur et très fonctionnelle.

Elle se situe très près des cente d'intérêts de cette magnifique ville. N'hésitez pas à faire le détour, les centres commerciaux et le Kaiserdom, sont à dix minutes à pied.

Hi Daniel!
I know Aachen well,will be there again in march,but I`ve never seen the station.I should go there,because it`s a nice restored architecture.You managed the strong light well.A very sharp image with many fine details to view.

This is a fine shot of this stone train station. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. Your angle is nice giving the shot good depth and direction.

Perfect sharpness, with good colour. A slight halo around the rooftop. Perhaps a larger feather? Excellent shadow detail, & a superb pov, with a comprehensive note. Merci pour ce partage!

Hi Daniel,
Varying coloured stones is what makes this old station special. You got fairly good exposure although backlight wasn't optimal. Many details well presented. I wish the left end was completely within frame.

En effet, ces vieilles pierres ne paraîssent pas pouvoir accueillir le TGV.

Bonjour Daniël,

I find your exposure very well F/11 - 1/125 this care for a very nice picture certainly through the 16 bits.
In beginning work in RAW ask a effort but when you can work with RAW shall you always work in RAW.
The railway station from Aachen is completely new after WAR II but very nice and you took here a lovely picture, thanks for sharing.

pleasantly lit and wonderfully clear architectural portrait of this train station. i feel, the architect could not have done any better in his design renderings. i like the bright reflection zone at the bottom: the colorplay there makes the composition much more vivid than it would have been without them.

Pour être allée à Aix en train il y a quelques semaines, je confirme que ta photo rend exactement l'ambiance agréable qu'il y règne. La lumière met bien en valeur l'entrée de la gare et tu as réussi à lui donner beaucoup de relief, bravo!

Belle photo de cette gara d' Achen, belle prise en RAW, en vacance j' en ai pris quelques unes mais je ne les ai pas encore retrouvées.
Belle devanture , jolies couleurs et bons détails de constructions, pierres,toit etc..
Grande netteté de l' ensemble, très agréable a regarder ta photo.

Voilà une pierre de façade originale prenant bien la lumière. C'est une belle gare à l'architecture massive et agréable à détailler. J'aime bien les reflets sur les parties vitrées. La netteté de l'image est bien appréciable. Une belle et intéressante photo, merci Daniel.

The trainstation and the way you managed light on this photo makes from this one a most charming one.
I really like the way you caught the textures on the wall and the reflections on the doors.
The person at the bench and those passing in frontof the station gives this photo life.
