Photographer's Note
A Turkish woman with a German flag bag - which you do not see every day. But why not? I found it very likeable.

Guten Morning Wolfgang,
Indeed this is not the tradional view of the street.
Maybe want these lady than yet become German, or think you this is a mistake of the children.
Excellent daily life picture.
Excellent composition, nice presentation.
Very well done, TFS.
Einen Schönen Wochenende,

Halllo Wolfgang,

Hello Wolfgang,
An excellent piece of social commentary. I saw an article recently in the Economist about the difficulties the children born to Turkish parent face when they come of age. They must declare their preference, since Germany does not accept dual citizenship. This is entirely understandable, but Turkish bureaucracy, being what it is, is slow in acknowledging that they have renounced their Turkish citizenship. Recently, a child apparently wound up without a nationality. The deadline had passed in Germany for the child to be recognized as German, and Turkey meanwhile acknowledged the child no longer was a Turk. Sorry for my lengthy note, but I felt vicarious frustration on behalf of the child.
Regards,
Bulent

Hi Wolfgang,
indeed it is a common mistake people make based on what they see: most people believe the German flag is black red yellow and it should be gold.
Interesting street scene. It encourages me to go out in the town trying to capture some street life as well.
Very well done,

Hello Wolfgang,
A picture of strong symbolic value. So many millions have moved across the world in recent decades that today a German or a Swede could look any way and follow any religion. I find that a great step forward in the history of mankind. Apart from that this is a nice and catchy composition with a strong focus and no unnecessary details. The rollator is very common in Sweden. Actually I think it was a Swedish invention.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hello Wolfgang,
nice the view as the presentation of this old Turkish woman with the German glag to be the eye catching of the scene.
I like the light as the colour management of this specific snapshot.

Hello Wolfgang,
A nice piece of observation and street photography. Her dark clothes contrast very well with the colours of the bag. Very well taken.
Kind Regards, Ann
