Hi Wolfgang, this shot is quite powerful in it's simplicity. Maybe the young boy can appreciate what Neda and other Iranians were protesting for, maybe that's why he was taken to the protest in Germany. But so many of us from the West take our democracy for granted.

leider hat Leon vollkommen recht: wir halten unsere Demokratie fuer selbstverstaendlich.
dein bild ist sehr effektiv...nur die flagge und das gesicht der armen Neda.

A very extraordinarily picture, on the flag a young lovely girl that is killed, why these murder! What a world!!!
The boy with specially T-shirt look at with his mouth open, and understand also not the politic.

Surely a good homage to Neda, Wolfgang!
It was a really sad moment. I like the shot, the expression of the young boy looking at her photo. Even his western t-shirt is a great detail.Very well captured!

hey wolfgang..i love all your juxtapositions..you continue to probe that area of photography..like this one though..has the faint documentary value..i would have constructed the proportions a bit differently..you don what you want brother..its your frame after all
