Hello my friends, after completing a distance of around 25’000 km on the airplane, train, car and also on my foots. I just came back from my hiking trip in the Black Forest, tired but happy and with full bag of photographs; some of them I will display here during next couple of days.
Excellent relaxing time, without internet and very often also without phone……
Do not be disappointed if the photos will not satisfy your expectations; most of them are focused on fabulous Black Forest spring nature, but I will also add some -non-natural- photos, to satisfy all of you.
My last photo posted here was the symbol of my first day of the journey, the airplane which brought me from Southeast Asia to Central Europe.
Today’s photo is the continuation of my journey, the Intercity-Express train (ICE), which has brought me from Frankfurt to city of Stuttgart, which is already very close to my final destination, the famous Black Forest.
The ICE train is the fastest and most comfortable way to travel on the German Railway (DB Bahn) network, reaching speeds of up to 300 km/h.
Enjoy, comment and criticize the photographs. Feel free; let me know what do you like and what is not according to your taste…………

welcome back from your tired but effective trip from the Black Forest, with the first photo to be very interesting and unique.I like the 'round' formation of the passing by train with your very wide lens.

Nice effect of the Fisheye lense, indoor's the RR station, Miro.
Waiting to see some natural wonders of the Black-Forest, part of it we saw on our last year's trip to the region.
Have a nice weekend, take a good rest...

Du très beau travail. Le fish eye donne un très bel effet ainsi que le temps d'exposition choisi qui donne du mouvement à l'ensemble. Une belle gestion de la lumière difficile.

Hi Miro, this is a great idea! A very large view with this circular effect to create a very original catch-eye!! Magnificent work made in an excellent quality too despite the difficult light,it's nice to see something of different,i like it...a lot!Have a nice Sunday and thanks,Luciano

Good to hear from you again and good to know that you have enjoyed your vacations. We would certainly looking forward to see your latest pics.
Nice pic showing the moving train. It is quite difficult to take a pic of a moving object.

Normally out of perspective images are difficult and just somehow dont look right, but your lens, I suppose a 'semi-fish-eye' used here has taken it out of that level to give a very unique viewpoint across the diagonal of the sensor. This shot is taken to see what the distortion & dramatic exaggeration is like & I love it!!
The the body of the train is feet away, but angling the camera centrally you've got the almost whole of the moving train into the frame & the normally straight lines are bowed outwards in a lovely sweeping curve and that the 'wacky' effects are fascinating! What a whole different outlook and a whole new world is opening with you 'toy' lens!
Awesome finish. Full marks

I like this effect of the fisheye lens. I guess the train doesn't move but this still has that feeling. Good exposure too. Such illuminated ads tend to overexpose on indoor shots.

Happy to have you back after a long break, sounds like a lot of travel...but also a lot of fun. :) Speaking of fun, this is a great way to put a new twist on a common subject, this fish eye perspective really gives new life to this particular mode of transportation. The slightly longer shutter speed helps create a sense of motion and makes the otherwise lifeless scene an active one. Looking forward to seeing what else you have in store for us. Take good care my friend. Welcome back.

You did a wonderful job capturing this train in low lighting condition. I like the action and blurring of the train. Well done, tfs.

Good to hear from you again! Very nice fish-eye view of this train. I love vehicle photos, this is a very fine example.

Bravo!
