Castor and Pollux, a photo from Hessen, West

Photographer's Note

Castor and Pollux are two bank towers located near the Frankfurt fair. Both towers are owned by the (atm struggeling) Commerzbank. In the middle there is a structure consisting of two rings, illuminated at night. The image just shows part of the rings.

Hello Franz,

I like the idea of vertical perspective of these two towers, they combined good with the diagonal steel constructs.
This is original photo, a well composition.
Just one point, the light flash in the sky disturbed my eye a little -I am not a photography expert, this is just my naive comment-.

Hi Franz,
These towers have the same name than heroes of a french cartoon I used to see when I was a child ! Nice graphical shot anyway. Good symetry and nice perspective lines.

Hallo Franz Xaver,
ich bin erfreut, noch jemanden hier aufzutun, dem ich auf deutsch schreiben kann, so enorm viele sind das ja nicht, und mein Englisch ist etwas dürftig.
Das Foto finde ich sehr gelungen, wie einige hier schon geschrieben haben: minimalistisch und elegant.
