The Hofgarten (Court Garden) is a garden in the center of Munich, Germany, located between the Residenz and the Englischer Garden. The garden was built in 1613–1617 by Maximilian I, Elector of Bavaria as an Italian style Renaissance garden.
The above paragraph is from Wikipedia. I had flown over night from the U.S., landing in Munich at about 7:30 a.m. to begin a 7+ hour layover before flying to Budapest. With that much time to spend I took the train from the airport into the center of the city and then began to walk around, navigating only by following my nose. Eventually I arrived at this park but until doing some research on it tonight I had absolutely no idea what park it was or the history behind it.

This is a very nice place; I had been there last year. I took some photograph at night time. But Now I can see it’s more beautiful at day. Especially during summer time. Friend, you made a perfect combination. The total picture is well balanced. The softness of color is also attractive.
Take care and keep posting.

A very interesting picture with lots to see.
Wonderful shape of the shelter with neat flower beds radiating from focal point.
The building in the background looks interesting too ,especially against that moody sky.
