This photo is dedicated to Roger (Edge), a fellow TE member who happened to be in the same city on the same day. Roger was only a block or two away at this time.
Photo taken on a street closed to traffic on this day (a Sunday) to celebrate a theme they called "City Life". On this section of the street a beach scene was recreated ... including beach sand covering the road, shades, deck chairs, and of course a beach bar. Somewhere nearby you could hear someone campaigning for the Green Party.
