Photographer’s Note

The central structure in this picture is the Schaiblingsturm. It is a tower built around the year 1250. It lies on the shore of the Inn river. More information abour this tower can be found here.
I shot this photo from the bridge connecting Passau to Innstadt over the Inn river, where I marked it in the map feature. The big trees to the right of the picture are in a park that is the extreme of a "peninsula" formed by the union of the Inn and Danube rivers. When they join, they form a sort of big river for some distance.
