Hallo Rod!
It's the nuclear power plant Mülheim-Kärlich, north of Koblenz. A very impressive and somehow fancy photo. By this steam cloud even climate for the surrounding villages demonstrably is changed. Let's hope that we soon do not need these nuclear origins of danger no longer...

Despite the humble fact that those clouds are just water, the whole picture is a strong symbolic warning about warming.
