Photographer’s Note

Breisach es una pequeña villa alemana, ubicada a la vera del Rhin, en las inmediaciones sureñas de la Selva Negra.

El paraje es hermoso. El río avanza lentamente hacia el norte, en un ambiente apacible. Sobre el agua se deslizan los cisnes al lado de veleros o embarcaciones con turistas. Todo invita a gozar de la belleza del paisaje. Es Breisach am Rhein, un lugar muy especial.

Breisach is a small German town located to the edge of the Rhine, in the southern precincts of the Black Forest.

The place is beautiful. The river advances slowly towards the north, in a pleasant ambience. On the water the swans slide next to sailing ships or crafts with tourists. Everything invites to enjoy the beauty of the scenery. It is Breisach am Rhein, a very special place.

mi piace tanto questa tua immagine che oltre ad una perfetta inquadratura denota grande tecnica nel bilanciamento e nel contrasto delle luci.

Hola amiga Charo,
después de mirar los WS tengo alguna duda, porque las tres fotos son muy buenas, pero creo que has elegido bien la publicación de ésta como principal. Quizá por los tonos y brillos plateados sobre el agua y por la cercanía de los cisnes nadando, con el sol a punto de desaparacer tras el horizonte, situado muy alto en el encuadre, lo que da más énfasis a la belleza del primer plano.
Las estelas que dejan los cisnes en el agua aportan el dinamismo a lea escena.
Bonito trabajo.

Bonjour Charo,
Une très belle conjonction, le soleil très bas et les cygnes en formation. La lumière est excellente. J'apprécie les couleurs naturelles et le superbe cadrage, qu'il fallait vite faire. félicitations.

Hi Charo. Great photo, wonderful use of light and colour, the flash exposure is well judged so as not to overpower the sunset colours. Beautifully composed also. Thanks for sharing.

A low light image of these soft and most beautiful Swans gracefully paddling across the waterway always brings fond memories to our visits where they deliver their magical gifts upon us. the area where you have visiqted is a most beautiful region in Germany, not far from where I once lived, and near where I often travelled to Switzerland on the train.
sorry, for not being around lately, a guest from Switzerland for a few weeks, a trek meeting, a few trips throughout Oregon and Washington, and work all compile for not much time to sit and relax and view everyone's images.

A group of seven. Well seen and a good capture. Did you use a flash? If so it was a good choice as the swans are nicely lit considering the sun is shining into the camera.

preciosa fotografia, me gusta mucho los diferentes detalles que se pueden apreciar, la luz del sol y su reflejo en el agua, el conjunto de cisnes y las ondulaciones que dejan en el agua... todo ello crea una atmosfera muy relajante, gran trabajo!
