This is another fountain in Villingen. I'll put some colsed up images on tomorrow.
Built in 1989, the church fountain is a masterpiece by Black Forest artist Klaus Ringwald featuring famous personalities from recent history. It illustrates the 1000-year history of the town. Each of the 8 sides of this work of art is different. They are dedicated to the eras of history of significance to the town.
Thanks for looking.

Hello Jasmine ,
This fountain is really a masterpiece . The house behind the fountain is also beautiful .But may be that it is a little diturbing to appreciate of the details of the FG . So you could have worked on the DOF to get a fuzzy BG . But i'm not able to do that myself ! ;)

Wow, what a cool sculpture! The colours of green red and bue work beautifull together (the flowers on the windowsills really pop out) and your composition is perfect to allow to enjoy both the sculpture and the really nice background. Great job, thanks!
All the best

It's not easy to tell from this view that the fountain is just over 20 years old. It illustrates a long history but the artist also managed to capture a style that looks fairly well anchored in history. It seems a very tasteful and suitable monument for a place like this. The surroundings look lovely. Your picture is very straightforward. It is well exposed with a good sharpness and it shows us what you intended, no more, no less. That's fine.

This fountain is truly a great find. I like the way you framed it with the greenery seeming to grow away from it. Your point of view allows to see the beautiful architecture of the surrounding houses bursting with brilliant flowers on their windowsills. The lovely sky makes a beautiful backdrop for the reddish brown tones of the rooftops. An attractive and perfectly executed image.
