View from Neu-Ulm towards the historical center of Ulm.
Ulm is situated on the River Danube and was founded around 850. Ulm is internationaly known for it's Gothic minster (German: Ulmer Münster) built 1377-1891. It has the the world's highest church steeple with 161.53m high and 768 steps. At the centre of the picture you notice the glass pyramid of the the town's public library (German: Stadtbibliothek) erected by Gottfried Böhm.
