Photographer’s Note
Enjoying a break from the World Cup, I visited some friends in Neu-Ulm. We crossed the Danube into Ulm and had a beer on the riverside, where the Ulmer Spätze (Ulm Sparrows) are quite unintimidated by humans and hop quite freely up next to you. I managed to catch this one looking at me, I think, quizically.

hehe!! nice picture. the bird was polite enough to stand there and let you photograph him.
your short depth of field works well, to clean out the background completely.
perhaps you need to take some time to edit your photographs in post processing. a little contrast, saturation and a frame would make this picture look great!
nice capture though, well done!
