A curve on the Triberg falls, with the town houses far & bellow.
The trail on the Triberg falls from the high point of 163m descending down through thick vegetation and trees. The cascade is curving over 9 major rock-terraces on the way down.

Hi Ike,a very nice jump in the nature, but very difficult talking about the light, the water is overexposed and the details too are a bit grained everywhere, perfect colors,a magic green in all its different levels.Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

I can almost hear the roar of the water running down this river. Good pov and it has good dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.

Le POV est super bien choisi pour donner un bel aperçu a la fois sur la cascade et de la végétations qui l'entoure, ça sent bon la nature

an attractive, graphical curve that dominates the frame with its luminosity and dynamism. I like your downwards point of view and the great depth you've given to your picture. The textures of the scenery are so vibrant and the green tones fresh and appealing. The contrasting colour and perspective of the waterfall is extremely eye catching. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great evening,

May be there are some problems with the light but managed to obtain a good composition downward, showing the lush vegetation of the place as well as the bridge crossing the turbulent waters

You're capturing well this nature scenery by a good angle and excllent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the curved/powerful fall descending down through vegetation and trees. It's one of beautiful nature scenery. It's also impressive in the depth of green and huge rocks.

The length of the fall is giving depth to the composition. You have captured well the power of the fall. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the vegetation and of the trees. The good luminosity is making the colors to stand out. Have a nice day.

I wrote you a critique and then the site went down. Will try again!
You have captured the setting with great clarity, the vegetation showing a variety of green hues, situated vertically and horizontally. The course of the stream guides the eyes around the frame, either upwards or downwards!
There is no denying the power of the water, though the details are confused by oe. I wonder if you have a grad filter. I have one for such occasions but rarely remember to take it with me!
Have a great day,

The setting of this waterfalls is so beautiful. I can tell the water was rushed down. It looks like a white foam curving band, interesting.
ChrisJ (93442) 2013-12-05 10:24
Looks similar to the drive up to Sumela monastery near Trabzon in Turkey. The same type of gorgeous pristine forest and clear rushing water. A good exposure on the highlights with excellent sharpness and downward pov. Tfs!

You have now a fine collection of pictures of Triberg falls in your gallery. The beauty of a waterfall is not always easy to capture in a single image and then a series of photos is a good option. Perhaps not surprising, but personally I would probably made sure that the images could have been seen together. This photo is very original and a good supplement to your other photos. TFS and have a nice evening!

Really nice shot of this forested area in Triberg with the little water fall carving its way through the scene. Good interesting POV looking downwards towards the little wooden bridge. Good clarity and enriched colour in this very nice presentation.

I'm surprised how good you know my "hunting" area. In my life I spent lot of time in Black Forest. I like the photo with the nice green foliage (I wish that the water were a bit less bright). Excellent POV and superb composition with the stream winding between green trees and bushes. Well done.

This almost looks abstract. Of course we know what we are looking at, but in excluding the sky and surroundings, we are without context and I like that a lot. Beautiful greens and white tones. The curves of nature are compelling and draw the eye into the frame. The greens provide a lovely natural frame for your photo. Well done. Have a lovely Saturday!

That must be a relaxing place to spend some time. To me, the sound of rushing water is soothing music (as long as it's not rushing at me). On top of that, the visual relaxation of the lush green vegetation - one would enjoy this place for hours on end.
photoray (8464) 2013-12-07 16:26
This scene reminds me of our Pacific Northwest - lush greenery and forests with the frequent presence of waterways. You captured an unusual cascade in a very sharp curve which is not frequent here.
Fine resolution and good composition,
adramad (33590) 2013-12-07 16:49
Very well captured the curve, making these cataracts ranging from below the bridge, lost the left of the image, this lush vegetacon beautiful and magnificent hues.
A colorful perfect very natural.
A bright image with optimum clarity.

beautiful and looking like it would be untouched by people nature.Must be a magnificent place to spend a day close to the nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
I like the framing and differen,so vivid shades of green, which animate so nicely the whole scene.
Wish You a nice evening

You're not kidding, nature sure does make some beautiful creations...and this is a nice example! Having just visited Horseshoe Bend, this one calls out to me, as the river follows the same type of circular trail around the landscape...albeit on a much smaller scale :)
I could probably just stand on that small bridge for a nice long time, just enjoying the sounds of rushing water and soaking up the natural scenery. For having such a dominant color throughout, the greens are most pleasant in this imagery...hard to go wrong out here, yeah? A very nice composition, I'm assuming there were very limited access points to view the entire curve?? Have a great new day.
jmdias (50359) 2013-12-26 15:43
a curious aspect of the stream with this curve. nice angle catching this and the bridge ahead. TFS.
