Nothing special,but I like the colors contrast and these clouds.
Driving from Mannheim city to Feudenheim,the suburb where I live this is the first house on the right side.
In the workshop you can see another version.

Hello Andreas -

This sure is a different style of architecture for an apartment. I am not sure which image I like better. This one really shows the clouds and sky but the other one gives a better look at the building. Both are excellent compositions and exposures. Well done.

Perfect light for shooting this kind of architecture - strong and frontal with no shadows to detract from the clean lines of the building.
Your viewpoint works well, and I like how you isolated the building against the sky.

sehr guter POV, den Workshop finde ich wegen der besseren Wirkung des Hauses noch beeindruckender. Die schönen Farben mit den guten Kontrasten heben das Haus vor dem Himmel hervor. Das Wetter hat mit dem Licht ausgezeichnet mitgespielt.

Hi Andreas. A good example that motives are hidden all around. Yes, the clouds makes the difference along with the unusual colormix. I've also looked the altered wokshop, but I think in the original version the creative use of the wide angle comes more to show. Nice catch. Greetings Jens :-)

I like this. The colours are very pleasant and the composition lines are very strong and powerful. A certain kind of dynamic feeling in it which is also created by the use of the wide-angle. it's resulted in a kind of distortion which i like a lot for these kind of images....well done.

It's amazing how such a simple shot can look so good! It's just a building, set against the sky, but the curving shape is very unusual, really drawing our eyes upward. The sky is great too, very interesting pattern which adds a lot to this. Well done!

Hallo Andreas. Ein modernes Mietshaus mit vorgesetzten Balkons. Es scheint ganz allein in der Landschaft zu stehen. Eigentlich kein besonderes Motiv. Oder doch? Auf jeden Fall fällt dieses Photo wegen seiner graphischen Struktur sofort auf. Sodann lebt es auch von der farblichen Gestaltung, die sich klar vom blauen Himmel abhebt. Für mich hat dieses Photo mehr experimentiellen Charakter. Es ist ein eye-catcher. Gut gesehen und realisiert. Viele Grüße, wolfgang.

curious to look this image. Certainly nothing that I ever would have uploaded but know seeing it here I have to say that it has a certain level of attraction and interest. The contrast of the building standing tall with the orange metal structure against this blue sky is great.
