Selam sevgili Korkut,
Bak daha gitmeden Heidelberg'e neler çekmişsin bir de altı ay oralarda kimbilir neler neler çıkacak ! İpek haklı. İnşallah bu kritikleri okumuyordur.
Bu da çok keyifli bir siyah beyaz çalışma olmuş ama ben senin "kırmızılarını" özledim.

Hello korkut. The operation on the heart is only of secondary importance. Much more interesting is the veiled face with the mask. Above all, the eyes are very beautiful and expressive. The subtle nuances between black and white are fantastic. The photo is really high class. Best regards, Wolfgang.

This is one of the most expressive portraits I have seen! Such beauty in the eyes, and such focus on the important job she has. The light in the photo is excellent, as is the sharpness and DOF. The tight framing suits the subject very well and composition is great, with just the right amount of space given to the background to give us more of a context of the scene. ogrenci gercekten iyi bakmis.. sen de isigi cok ustaca kullanmissin yine.. karanlik, s&b cok hosuma gitti.. ellerine saglik doktor.. almanya'da olacakmissin forumlarda okudugum kadariyla..ikinici bir askerlik gibi herhalde.. biraz uzak kalinca forumlardan bilgi almak iyi oluyor.. iffet de mardin'de olacakmis bu haftasonu mesela:)

6 ay Almanya'da mi olacaksiniz yani...ben sizin yerinizde olsam simdiden bir kac haftasonu icin bir kac sehre bilet almaya baslardim easyjetten..fiyatlar cok uyugun almanyadan...paris amsterdam prag etc...
londra icin vize almak lazim o sebeple onu saymadim:)

I like the choice for black & white here as the usual hospital colors would be distracting too much from her eyes.

ameliyat ortamında bile fantazi yüklü yorumlar birden fazla olunca insan ister istemez "vardır bi bildikleri" demeden duramıyor !.. allahtan gözler balık gözü degil ;)) aksi aktirde hastaya çok acırdım valla..

Her neyse... tıbbi tesettür içinde ortalığı delercesine bakan bu gözleri bende olsam çekerdim... çekerdim de bana böyle bakarmıydı orasını bilmem... belki monitör kılığında dolaşmam lazım gelebilirdi...
farklı bir ortamdan sıradışı bir kompozisyon bence... ve tabiii ışık ve netliliği enfes...
Bu arada anladığım kadarıyla uzun bir süre oralarda kalacaksın gibi ... kolay gelsin...

In the OR, nurses know also very well how important her eyes are. It's the only part of the face one can see.

TE'de gördügüm portrelerin en güzeli bu, ve "favoritelerim" arasinda biraz yer açip bunu asmak istiyorum. öğrencinin güzel gözleri görünce acaba bir genç Türk kizi mi demistim. B&W da harika olmus, Çerve'ye koyup bunu duvara asmak gerekir. Leonardo ve Rembrandt gibi en saheser ressamlar gibi de bir gözünü (sag) tam tablonunun ortasina yerlestiermissiniza. Hayran oldum.

Interesting shot...interesting because nothing of the intensity of the task she is engaged in is evident in her expression...she looks quite relaxed with attractive laugh-lines in her eyes. Good sharpness and light. I wonder...did she think you frivolous for taking the photo at this time? It doesn't seem so, from her expression.

Only you could have come up with such an alluring photograph of someone in a surgical mask - a great title full of wonderful ambiguity! Superb lighting! Reminds me of my own brief forays into working in an operating theatre (as opposed to the various times I have been a patient in one).....not just the technicalities, professionalism, work in hand but also the curious romance of it......
