Taking the photograph through glass actually added some mystery to it. I love the effect and it is nice and grainy (er, noisy). It is hard at first to tell what she is doing and then you notice the water splashing up behind her. And you are right, the B&W version worked much better than the color.

Very nice everyday snapshot! I prefer the coloured one because of the combination of blue, red and green!\
Your pic has also a sense of moving and the glass does not disturb at all!

di gran lunga molto piu' espressiva questa in bianco e nero Anna.
molto belle le tonalita' di grigio e i riflessi sono bellissimi .

You are posting fast Anna !:-) I am out of breath trying to follow...
I really relate to this one strongly as I don't like too much heat and always look for some freshness too...Great diagonal, superb textures through the window, I like her fine elegant silhouette. I hesitate between the two because they are both excellent, the color makes me think of fruit sorbets...but this is more expressive I think, makes the imagination go further, more moody, beautiful grey tones. Brava, come sempre.

Your attempt is very nice, good use of reflection. But what about catching her from the front? I think it would have added a different flavor to this frame, although I think this photo, simply because it is anonymous, it has its own charm.
