No - it is not THAT Cologne. We got also one in Saxony written Cölln.
This "Kugelhaus" is one of the most specific houses I have ever seen (and I have seen some 40 countries). ;)
Since I was a child I want to have a picture from thisone - last weekend I got my photo. :)))

Meine Mutter ist aus Koblenz, und Köln ist nicht sehr weit von Koblenz. Ich lebe in der Türkei.
Ein sehr interessantes Haus, die Farben sind auch sehr schön.

Very interesting architecture. Your framed the shot nicely with the trees focusing our attention to the building. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The deep blue sky provides a nice backdrop for the shot.
