Hi, Thomas. A very nice daily life scene. The two accordion players and their shadows are well placed between two darker parts of your image. B&W was a very good choice here because the scene really looks timeless. Nothing here indicates the picture was taken in 2008. It could as well have been taken 50 years earlier. I also like the texture of the cobbles which is very well rendered. Good balance between the fountain and the musicians.

really a good B&W shot!
The composition is perfectly balanced and the radent light enhance the textures of the cobbles and of the stones around the fountain, with a pleasant graphical effect.
I like you choice to include the whole shadows of the two musicians.
It's a pity you couldn't avoid the balcony in the top-right angle, but it's really a good shot!
