This picture shows the rear of the Magdeburger Cathedral. These Cathedral was the first sacred Building in Germany.
It was build from 1209 to 1520. It is 104 meters high.
It contains the grave of Otto I.

Marcel,
Love the way the Cathedral emerges from darkness.
Love the thoughtful sense of time the leafless trees add.
Your tone choice is really interesting .. it works well with the light .. it is really evocative .. but not with the dark, somber, timeless thoughts I would typically accompany this with .. it is a fire .. a glow .. produces all sorts of different reactions out of me. .. well done.

Nice sepia color, makes the place look kind of haunted, the sky especially seems to be shot in some horror movie!
