Germany is the leading country when it comes to alternative energy. This is an example of a "wind-park" in Sachsen-Anhalt. I like the sky in the picture...
Did some cropping because of a disturbing fence in foreground.

nette Panorama der alternativen Energie. Das Format finde ich gut. Licht und Rahmung sind auch ok. Ich hätte aber wahrscheinlich den Erdboden nicht abgeschnitten. Trotzdem ein gutes Foto.

Hi Andreas,
I can't believe this photo has only one comment! This photo it's not only beautiful, it's well composed and it delivers a message we need to pay more attention to when people die everyday for oil and our environment is degrading as a result of not using (enough) alternative energy. I like the clean air and clouds as the backdrop which helps to convey the message better. Thanks to Germany for setting an example for the world.

Wow, this is the kind of photo I've been hoping to take but haven't yet. (There are some "wind farms" not too far from my house.) I think exclusion of the ground really makes this photo work. Since the windmills are all about air, isolating the subject to just the windmills and the air strengthens the theme. I also think that having one large windmill gives it a good focal point, and I like the repetition with variation provided by all the smaller windmills.
