This picture was taken on the island Ruegen, in National Park "Jasmund" near the famous chalkstone cliff "Königstuhl", which means kings chair.

Hello Hartmut,
This is really beautiful shot, very pleasant view, good clarity, good light wiht some nice clouds, Beautiful nature. You manage very well shoting almost against the sun, with the sun behind the tree it illuminated the tree so nicely. The color of the tree in golden brown given us the essence of the changing of the season, autumn is upon us. Good DoF, the tree in the foreground, the cliff and shoreline below and the distant horizon are all nice and sharp. love the open space in this beautiful nature, so refreshing.
I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

Hallo Hartmut,

wahrscheinlich hätte ich das gleiche Bild aufgenommen, wenn ich dort an dieser Stelle gestanden hätte.. kommt meiner eigenen Philosophie für Bilder sehr nahe..
toller Vordergrund, sehr schöner Durchblick auf´s Motiv und eine klasse Tiefe..

Wenn Caspar David Friedrich dieses Foto noch hätte sehen können ... ob er dann noch gemalt hätte!? ;-))
Ein herrlicher Blick und ein tolles Foto, dass die Schönheit dieser Kreideküste naturgetreu wiedergibt. Das Licht war wirklich schwierig, aber wie heißt es so schön: "dem Ingenieur ist nichts zu schwör"! ;-))
Ein schönes Wochenende aus dem nass-kalten Westfalen!

wunderschöne Herbststimmung. Das leuchtende Laub umrahmt den Kreidefelsen sehr dekorativ. Danke für's Zeigen.
