This is a view of Sony Center, one of the most popular architecural highlights of the city. It comprises seven buildings around an oval inner courtyard with an incredible roof. Sony center contains a mix of shops, restaurants, a conference centre, hotel rooms, luxurious rented suites and condominiums, offices, art and film museums and, and, and ...
Sony Center is located near the Potsdamer Platz railway station for easy walking accessibility.
In my photo you can see the Deutsche Bahn (German Railway) central offices, the high-riser in the background.

Hi Frank,
Quite special place full of modern architecture. Height of the structures is clearly visible compared to the people on the street level. And probably the most original sunshade I've seen. I visited the place in December, but of curse the weather was totally different.

There are certainly a lot of interesting buildings in Berlin now! I haven´t been there for many year (since 1990) but there seem to be many good reasons to go there again. A very interesting photo with fine composition!

Oh, and Hauptbahnhof is also quite impressive, I think, but maybe it's not that easy to make a photo of it - as it's so big.

Hallo Frank. Das moderne Berlin. So sieht es also aus. Riesige und beeindruckende Architektur, - und unten - gerade noch wahrnehmbar - die kleinen Menschen. eine herrliche Illustration der talentierten modernen Baukunst. Das Raumgefühl dieses Meisterwerks ist unter anderen wegen den extremen Kontasten ziemlich schwierig wiederzugeben. Ich habe eine korrigierte Version gemacht, hoffentlich wird sie Dir gefallen.
