Photographer’s Note
In these days we live I see this photo taken in 2006 in Berlin, and I have found that the image looks like a man walking in front of one of these indicators "charts" of the Stocks Market, in continuous decrease, is a kind of metaphor for the times we live.
I wish you a happy week, despite everything!

superbe photo. Bien vu.

Hola Manuel,
And a fine and well crafted metaphore it is! The scale (pedestrian vs building) and the position of him in the frame does the trick here. A fine graphism too.
Have a fine start of the week,
Bert

Hola Manuel, foto excelente. TFS, Lisa

ciao Manuel,
interesting and symbolic shot. nobody was expecting this downturning....let's hope to recover asap....

PS: I replied to the overhelming pessimism with this shot. I think it's cheaper and more effective than Prozac!

Bonjour Manu,
Bien vu.

Great shot that captures the scale of these new parliamentary buildings. The steps really do look like a chart and the guy certainly stands out against the bright white backdrop. I think it could be just a bit sharper but that doesn't take away anything from an otherwise really well composed shot.

Hi Manuel!
This one is incredible! That's surrealistic, with a kafkaesque mood and it is very impressive. The graphism is good but the silhouette of the man, like a note of music lost in an empty music score, is THE element that give to the picture its strength. That's an excellent creation, Maestro! Congratulations!

Manuel! The shot is fantastic and yes, how appropriate the note! Very well spotted – and since it was 2006, should we call you the Forecaster of the Decade from now??
Fantastic composition, BTW. Lonely silhouette against overwhelming, soulless piece of architecture.

Hola Manuel,
Your capture included enviably graphical effects created by stairs, white facade and modern architectures. Adding a visitor in black suit front of white wall is priceless. Congratulations. Have a nice new week.

Ciao Manuel,
Buona settimana.

Hi Manuel,
Superb graphism. The stairs match the stock market direction ;-) The lonely man is walking stoically, or unknowingly, ahead. Great work!

Hi Manuel, without commenting on the core topic I will talk about just the way this image ahs been composed. I think is it is superbly minimalistic and very ebautifully nuanced

Hi Manuel,
Excellent shot, the photo composed splendidly. The tiny man demonstrates the imposing sizes of the building magnificently. The optic angle very effective, the reflection spectacular detail likewise. Impressive and exciting photo. Have a nice day!

hi Manu,
this image is simply fantastic! the hugeness of the building, the cold geometry of its shape, and the lonely man walking against it - you could not have found anything more symbolic than this to exemplify your thoughts and make your point.
congratulations!

Hi Manuel, A piece of modern art, the single man walking in his black clothing against the white background is superb, very graphical, the light is very good indeed, TFS, kind regards Wilson.

great shot, Manuel, I like a lot the contrast between huge angular patterns of the building and tiny man that doesn't look to be able to influence anything. excellent timing to capture this, I like this shot a lot.

Bonjour Manuel.

Ciao Manuel,
this photo is really great. I saw it some days ago and added to my fav... but not time to write.
The capture of the running business man is excellent and your note that compares the graphic lines of the building to the Stock Exchange Quotations in decrease is very clever and brilliant.
Compliments
Have a nice weekend

Hello Manuel. What for a title, what for a perspective. But above all the small man impresses before the Coulisse, which work like the stage of a theatre. A worth seeing shot. Best regards, Wolfgang.

Hi Manuel,
yes i know this place and i think it is very suitable place fot photographers.. and yours is very different.. i can see the real dimensions of the place because of the man.. but i wish the man could be more left part.. it was so centered.. but anyway it's very eye-catching place and shot,

So small under the huge overpowering constructions, a metaphor for sure. How cold, how empty the environment, only straight lines, no roundness, fine graphical work too. The tonalities, very fine tuned, make the mood even stronger. Where are we running too all the time. Bel lavoro intelligente.
