Narbonne?
This is Pont des Marchands crossing the Canal de la Robine in Narbonne. The question mark as such a bridge topped by houses is not to be found too often in France. More a building style found elsewhere around the Mediterranean.

But then Narbonne was the first Roman Colony outside of Italy. Even the bridge here, today crossing the Canal de la Robine, have a history back 2000 years. Today there is only this one arch with a span of 15m while at Roman times there was in all 6 arches crossing the former river Aude.

In town you may also find some remains of Via Domitia the roman "highway" going from Rome along the coast to Cadiz South of Spain.
