Photographer's Note
The Louvre Glass Pyramid triggered some controversy when it was it was constructed in 1980. Nowadays everyone seems to love the intriguing contrast between the futuristic pyramid and the classical architecture and it is quite fascination how many different perspectives and combinations you could find and very few pictures look the same. Here is a morning blue hour picture when the courtyard of the Louvre is empty and the classical buildings are not illuminated

Hej Ulf,
Attractive symmetry in the composition!
The low light exposure is skillfully done, with fine colour reproduction and sharp fine details...
The deep blue sky makes an eye-catching background, very well done!

Hello Ulf!
That's the best photograph I've ever seen from the Louvre Glass Pyramid!
What mostly amazes me is the fact that it has to do with a nightshot, that means, so perfectly obtained!
TFS - Congratulations!
Best regards,

Hello Ulf,
great picture of this thousand times photographed pyramid. I love the illuminated patterns inside the structure as well as perfect symmetry of your shot. It is admirable you have been there in time to catch it without people during the blue hour. I am not an early bird. :-)
Best regards

Hi Ulf, A very good picture of the Louvre Glass Pyramid, although you would think this would be a standard POV, unusually I have seen very few shots of this great sight square on, you have captured the whole beauty of this modern structure, the light is excellent & fabulous symmetry, superbly composed, TFS, kind regards Wilson.

I find it very balanced this is an advantage on this photo it seems straight and also symmetric when looked on the right and left corners. seeing the light reflection creating a yellow and black color combination is also important to notice.
