Hi Stephane,

Another unusual and fascinating view of the Eiffel tower. I like it very much. Sometimes it is nice to isolate the details but it is also great to show this famous building in several surroundings.

Although the Eiffel Tower is not surrounded by the usual other beauties we are used to see it, the picture is no less beautiful!
It gives us a more realistic view of Paris, still a very nice city! Your POV is different, interesting and very good!

Interesting discovers in your hard drive...both images are very surprising indeed - now you are showing Paris the same way you have been showing NYC and that's cool. You said before you didn't know how to photograph your town anymore - well, here it is. You are moving the Lady to unknown places in Paris...

Bonjour Stéphane,
un titre très adéquat et sympathique sur cette photo. L'effet de l'élégante Tour Eiffel cachée entre des câbles du chemin de fer, et avec édifices d'architecture contemporaine à son côté, a un fort contraste et un grand graphisme.
La composition nous orece un fort impact visuel, elle est très bien vue.
Une bonne réalisation.

Une manière originale de presenter, sans en avoir l'air, la Tour Eiffel! ;D On y est monté hier, d'ailleurs... hélas, à peine en haut, le ciel s'est couvert et tout s'est assombri...
Bien le POV ici, a travers les catenaires. Une image équilibrée par les immeubles à gauche.

I'm sure not many tourists will see the Eiffel Tower from this POV, and not many Parisians would even think about taking a photo from the viewpoints they see every day. A well composed shot where the railway lines seem to go right under the tower. good work

En plus si à une telle photo, tu associes Pink Floyd, je ne peux qu'approuver.

C'est vrai que c'est le genre d'image qui permet de revisiter ce célèbre sujet.
Bien vu, il y a un équilibre global au milieu de ces cables et de ces constructions.

je coirs que cette vue a été capté tout près du novotel tour Eiffle, très belle image la tour d'un autre façon avec ces fils, cet poteaux de chemin de fer, un beau graphisme qui rapelle la tour, bien vu.

Celle-là elle est géniale, il fallait le trouver ce cadre pour présenter la célèbre tour. Orginal et en plus très beau avec notamment ces rails et ces câbles qui conduisent notre regard vers la tour.

You have Eiffel tower at just the right position. The railway line seems to pass below the tower in this shot. But I am not sure about all those overhead cables which is part of the railway system and you can do anything to avoid.

Good Evening Stephane. I see you have posted a number of Eiffel tower in your gallery and each one is unique from the previous one. At first I thought the electric wires would be a distraction to the overall image. But I can also see how the Eiffel seems to be ever present in almost every nook and corner in Paris. Nous sommes allés voir de plus près la tour, il y a qq jours et malheureusement le temps ne s'y prêtait guère...
Ici un pov original au travers des câbles électriques et une bonne profondeur ds l'image bien illuminée.

Et bien voilà un photo de la tour Eiffel qui sort des sentiers battus c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire !!! J'aime beaucoup l'idée. J'espère que tu avais bien ouvert tes oreilles pour entendre ce qui pouvait arriver dans ton dos... L'image est bien équilibrée. Vraiment intéressant, bravo Stéphane.

You seem to be showing us this monument from the most unromantic of POVs. Well it's interesting as was your last post. Is this the Tour Eiffel station on the RER line?...I can see the Metro enters the tunnel right in the BG...remembrances, have become a little vague!

Voilà... Un peu d'imagination, un oeil attentive, ajouter un peu de talent pour composition, et il est possible de rendre une photo excellente et originel d'un des plus photographiés icônes du Monde!
Par coïncidence, la dernière fois que j'étais à Paris j'ai utilisé cette ligne de métro tous les jours.

You still have a problem of confussion with N.Y., and wanna extrapolate to our beloved old Europe, don't you?. We won't discuss about what we both know...the photo isn't good, IT IS VERY GOOD!, seems taken from dirty streets of Chicago they show us in the TV. The perspective of the two railways searching the iron lady is just GREAT!. Well done, my friend.
