I've taken A few TE member everywhere, we lost a few on the road, but all came to a successful conclusion to the final in his bed...

Here a small pause to observe the door of Ghent, for other their feet ....

Here the front side entrance to the city or passing tram until 1963 which has seen the remains of the track.

The Gates of Ghent Lille was built from 1621 when the extension of the city. The structure of the door of Ghent has two different facades, entry and exit of the city.

Front (from the entrance to the city) [change]
The facade can be divided into three parts: the ground floor with three arches, the middle and upper.

Initially, there was only the central passage. Two additional arcades were dug in 1875 to improve traffic and allow the passage of the tramway that movement until 1963.
The middle part is formed by a brick wall decorated with runic symbols with the center, a decorative carved with the image of Lille topped by a triangular pediment and on the other hand, and the location of arms of the drawbridge. Above passage of each side, there is a cartridge white stone decorated with various motifs (guirlandes. ..)
The upper part is made up of an entablature with a central console in white stone with a niche shell that housed a statue destroyed during a siege.

Front (from the outskirts of town) [change]
The facade has also three parts.

The ground-floor sandstone is formed by three arches coupled with archivolts open hanger.

Christian
