[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
As announced yesterday, my last view of the brick Maria Asumpta, not a very good one because of the piece of rope in the corner. Or perhaps a symbolic one, since that piece of rope is a bit like the black ribbon sometimes used on photography of deceased peoples... This is also the last time when I had the opportunity to see that ship till I heard the news of her disappareance on TV three years latter.

The next pictures will be less nostalgic than this one.

Bonsoir Emmanuel,
Intéressante cette note. Et je vois que tu es lucide sur le problème de la corde au premier plan. Elle est gênante en effet. Et le bateau centré aurait peut être été mieux un peu plus sur la gauche...
Mais en tout cas c'est un bien beau voilier. La netteté est excellente et la tonalité des couleurs va bien avec ta note nostalgique.

Bonjour Emmanuel,
The rope might be a bit disturbing indeed, although it could be a good inclusion too, as you say. You captured the lost ship from a great angle and with good sharpness. The many sails in the background are nice too. Good photo work!
