[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
At Brest 1992, the tall ships were mainly moored in the Navy harbour (the Penfled, where the previous posting was taken), whereas the smaller boats were gathered in the civilian harbour. Here are two examples of the massive "boat jam" at the gathering:
- a close view here of one of the harbour's bassin and
- a wider one, but with sme vignetting effect.

A very nice week to all.

It's not easy to have all those ships in a meaningful composition but you have succeeded here. No awkward crops at the edges. Nice, clear, colorful... Regards,
Hakan

Hallo Emmanuel!
What a plenty of details and busy people one can detect here! I like the effect of the agitated water surface here. Again an interesting picture for a landlubber ;-)
Greetings from very summerly Germany - and have a nice week!
Frank

Hi Emmanuel,

Superb !!
So many....
Excellent capture.
Rich in life..

Good composition.

Hello Emmanuel,

Despite the busy, bustling scene, you somehow seem to have asseted some order. The gap between the three boats in the f/g and the rest, gives you the composition.
This is such an interesting shot with so much to see. You have helped with the fine details and the natural colours.

Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Ciao Emmanuel.
Mi piace l'atmosfera di operosità che descrivi in questa foto. Molto bella la resa dei colori, giusto, anche se poco bello, il cielo quasi inesistente.
Saluti, Nino.

Bonsoir Emmanuel,
A very nice view of the harbour with so many ship, masts and people. A great effect of all the lines in the photo. Many nice colours too, which are nice with the grey weather. Thanks for sharing!
Regards,
Lars

Bonjour Emmanuel;
une volée de bateaux cette fois et des reflets très séduisants, malgré de mauvaises conditiosn de ciel, tu nous offres des lumières impeccables.
Amitié.
Daniel.

Wow Emmanuel!
What a great picture!
I like the colors, the sharpness, the POV and the composition with all of those boats together creating a great effect with colors, shapes and their masts!
TFS - Congratulations!

Neyvan Peçanhuk
