Photographer’s Note
I still have not recovered from the frustration of my new computer using Windows Vista. A printer and Wacom tablet remain unaccepted by the new system, so are my Adobe Photoshop CS2, Nikon Capture 4 and Noiseware softwares. I am still working on it with the Dell and manufacturer's technical supports.
This photo was processed long time ago. It is an area fenced off from the public beach area because futher on, at the left hand side is the parking areas. I found it a nice spot in a very cluttered space. The beach at Nice is not something to go "WOW" at. It is so crowded with people and beach umbrellas and the beach is hard to walk on because it is too pebbly or gravelly. A beach where you may get hurt going barefoot. There is not much to take a picture of, so I took shots people and street scenes and this nice spot away from the eyes of the public.

Try visiting outside the main tourist season !
Oh, and you are very unlikely to be injured walking barefoot on the pebbles !
