This day the "Mistral", the famous south of France wind, was blowing very strong. The sea was a little beat rough but for the mediteranean sea is a lot.

***The Mistral was blowing very strong.*** - may be it is the reason why the horizon is so tilted! I am joking but I still think the horizon should not be tilted.
