Photographer’s Note

Parc André Citroën, on the banks of the Seine, a bit withdrawn from the center of Paris to the southwest, is not a traditional Park. It has the usual central grassy area, but around it I found futuristic terraces and concrete wall gardens with abstract themes. While I explored it I had constant surprises, even though the place was not fully working: all the water jets were disconnected and the air ballon which I believe to be the major attraction, wasn't working either. Nevertheless, the Park was full of people and children playing around.

On this photo, I show you an alignment of a series of small constructions that give very interesting perspectives and graphic situations. Some of them have stairs to climb, so one can have good views of the Park. The big green central area is at right of this image. Many people make this corridor as a passage of their walks, joggings, or children races.
I had to wait for quite a while to get this isolated jogger running towards me.
