Photographer’s Note
Parc André Citroën, on the banks of the Seine, a bit withdrawn from the center of Paris to the southwest, is not a traditional Park. It has the usual central grassy area, but around it I found futuristic terraces and concrete wall gardens with abstract themes. While I explored it I had constant surprises, even though the place was not fully working: all the water jets were disconnected and the air ballon which I believe to be the major attraction, wasn't working either. Nevertheless, the Park was full of people and children playing around.
On this photo, I show you an alignment of a series of small constructions that give very interesting perspectives and graphic situations. Some of them have stairs to climb, so one can have good views of the Park. The big green central area is at right of this image. Many people make this corridor as a passage of their walks, joggings, or children races.
I had to wait for quite a while to get this isolated jogger running towards me.

Hi Ricardo,
From the park, a fantastic shot with good DOF.
The tones are perfect for the concept, and the inclusion of the jogger pays well.
Looks like he's running from a magic box ...
All the best, dear friend.

Hi Ricardo,
Here is a place which is full people during the summer the days with good weather. It is true that it is very pleasant, which I like they are the large greenhouses. I went there one or twice but it is true that I prefer the less attended places. In all the cases you benefitted from the places to show us an original sight and which offers a beautiful prospect and depth to the image. Pretty glance Ricardo, cheer.
With all my friendships and very good Sunday.

Hi Ricardo,
Very good use of lines to form the main structure of your compo ... a real eye catcher. Good depth created by the repeating doorways ... nice touch to include a person at the end in order to give perspective to the scene. Well captured and composed. Well done! tfs

Hi Ricardo,
It's very nice that you take me to many places in Paris with your photos, that I didn't visit. It looks like a very interesting place and you caught it with a great perspective. I'm glad you were so patient to get that lonely jogger too. Thanks for sharing!

Funny you went to that lost place (I know what I'm talking about, I live just close to it and even run in that path !).
Not a traditionnal compo for a park : no green, no grass, no flower, no tree. An unreal view on a vegetal place (which is OK).

Ola Ricardo,
I see the eye of the architect exploring these constructions! Very graphic with strong perspective. The person in the BG is well placed, gives scale and context. Even if shot in colors it looks almost B&W... that is the Parisian color: gray!
Greetings from... Bangkok ;D

Ola Ricardo,
nice this interesting perspective that created from the alignment of these constructions. The whole scene looks like a mirror with the endless reflections on it.The jogging man adds life in your capture.I imagine your disappointment with the main characteristics of the Parc André Citroën,to be out of order.Informative your note.
Have a nice weekend,Danos

Ricardo,

Hi Recardo
I never came there since the changements of the district while I was leaving north of Paris until 1994.
Interesting modern composition wit a nice frame.
It's possible to make it in B&W.
Obrigado.

Olá Ricardo,
O olhar do arquitecto...

quite popular and attractive subject of repeting arches, corridors etc. and a lonely man...this is a very good example of how to use such surroundings...

Olá Ricardo,
Different door behind each other gives a excellent depth and perspective.
Joggers and walker dreaming of stair for the condition, even mountainbikers have this dream for a stairs to climb.
Very well composition, nice presentation.
Thanks for sharing.

It almost looks like a B&W, but it is not! the lines of the wall and tiles are creating a great graphical impact and I found you have perfectly framed it. The jogger coming towards you is a bonus!

Ola Ricardo ,
Not randomly choosen:))) Hey this is not your style but I love it so much , due to the geometric shapes.
In this view, you created the graphism everywhere and that's really impressive to imagine how your eye must be working:)
enjoy your day,

Oh, Ricardo !
Be sure I didn't see your before taking mine.
It's for me a very good surprise to see your picture, and how you use the thema with your own eyes.
I appreciate the sober way you use here in the lightening, and the use of the diagonale line at the left.
Very balanced picture, what a good work !
