Today at Vincennes, was the american horseracing.
That's incredible to see how people are so concentrate when horses are rushing and are close to the end...
Lot of tenseness.

Salut Alexandre, ce que j'ai surtout apprécié dans cette photo c'est la qualité de la lumière et des couleurs. Je vois quelque chose de cinématographique dans cette photo. J'ai l'impression, en voyant aussi les photos d'autres membres de TE, que la Nikon D200 donne vraiment des bons résultats (sans rien vouloir enlever aux photographes, bien sure ;-)

En ouvrant cet image j'ai d'bord cru que c'était une salle de marchés... mais avec ce qui se passe ces jours je pense que l'ambiance doit être à peu près la même. J'aime bien cette image qui change de ce que l'on a l'habitude de voir sur TE. Le tilt ainsi et aussi la position de la tête de l'homme qui se trouve juste sous le tableau donnent beaucoup de dynamisme et l'éclairage au plafond est assez graphique.

J aime bien cette photo, beaucoup de monde ici, cadrage et ambiance garantie...Le seul point negatif de cette photo, c'est qu ell annonce le lundi...donc au boulot !!!

Alors te revoila parmi nous ? c'est pas trop un univers que je frequente celui des canassons mais on voit sur ton image qu'il y regne une certaine tension, bon rendu.

hello, une photo peu habituelle des champs de courses, d habitude on nous montre les chevaux et j avoue ici que tu me bluffes.... une belle gestion de la lumiere, un cote graphique avec le jeu d ombres et toutes ces lignes, et le must, l homme au dessous de l ecran, qui fait toute la photo a lui seul.... je remarque qu il n y a aucune femme.... comme dit Brigitte, on se croirait a la bourse,... bises

belle photo, good point of view. nice that nobody was looking at you. good demonstration of a group of people belonging to our society. I also like lights on the ceiling, and the screens on the back.

Elle a plein de "bonnes choses" cette photo - le graphisme, l'ambiance bien retransmise, la position du personnage avec sa tête rejetée en arrière attirant notre attention, la belle gestion des lumières, bravo, et ..j'ose le dire...bien joué !

Très bon ce shoot, superbe texture au plafond et l'expression du mec qui regarde l'écran est parfaite.
En plus il est situé dans un point fort de l'image.

Excellent angle, Alex--your emphasis on the high-tech-looking ceiling given the feeling that these people have been herded into some kind of weird underground trap where their only option is to watch life on large screens, where the outside world has been closed out. It's some sort of indoctrination! Great light on their upward looking faces. Regards, Ken.

Salut Alexandre,
this is very original with a mix of good light and shadow. The patterns in the ceiling are great and there are some interesting expressions on the faces of the people (in English we call them 'punters.) A fine capture and well seen Alexandre.
