Photographer’s Note
I took this photo whilst visiting Paris with my friends Stef (Steft on TE) and Lars (Tue on TE) last weekend. This picture was taken near the Louvre museum. I quite like the contrast between the grey tones of the lake and the reds and pinks in the girls clothing and in the boat.

Hej Martijn,

Mooie sfeervolle foto.

This one speaks to me, probably because I am famliliar of bassin des Tuileries, and also because the scene is reminiscent of many French photographers who took pictures of children's plays in Paris (but mainly in B&W). There is a very nice contrast here between the red of the raincoat and of the main sail, and the grey of the pond. I also like the texture of the water.
All the best,
Emmanuel
