Photographer’s Note
The perfect proportions of Notre Dame of Paris. In the modern world there are lots of bigger buildings, and complicated works of engineering, but we modern's get to use computer aided design, gas powered super craines etc. The people who built this used muscle, winches and pullies, and the architect used a yard-stick, and a pair of dividers. Not bad medieval humans, not bad at all!
