Photographer’s Note

Built in 1468 per Jean Bourré, adviser and treasurer of the king, Plessis-Bourré was the residence of Jean Bourré and is l'oeuvre best preserved of this last. That took five years to build the castle. Its state of conservation due to the quality of its materials and to is l'habileté of its craftsmen.
