The two brothers together. Theo was four years younger than Vincent, he had supported his brother for years allowing Vincent to paint by supplying him with all his needs. Theo was newly married with a small child, just six months after Vincent had died in his arms, Theo succumbed to syphilis.

Hello Phil ,

This is another good one.

Nice to see the two brothers side by side.

Sharp clear colours, and exposure just right.

Perhaps I'd be inclined to crop a little of the ivy from the bottom, to give a little more emphasis to the headstones, and little less to the ivy.

Regards,

Peter.

I guess it was foreseeable that you would have captured his tomb.
The capture of course is very good in square frame and plenty of nice flowers
Have a great week

Hello Phil
I like the proportions of this - the carpet of ivy contains so many different greens to enjoy and the eye is led quite naturally up to the headstones with their simple inscriptions.
Best wishes Maggie
