Photographer’s Note
This was taken from the boat of picnic tour to a small island. I was slouchy, hung my camera with both hands close to the surface of the sea, and pushed the shutter, selected slow shutter speed to get moving blur.
Tech: Cropped, levels adjusted, color adjusted, unsharp mask, added frame, and neat image.

very nice shot. I can feel the speed, the wind in my hair and the smell of the sea...That´s it, I´m on holiday! I find it amazing that you were not afraid to drop your camera in the water from this position :-) If you allow me, I will use this picture as my background on my desktop and count the days until I´m also by the beach.

Awesome effect - the feeling of motion. I also like the wooden support and what looks like a deserted island in the background. The (pastic?) blue float detracts from the otherwise romantic notion that this maybe you are traving with Robinson Crusoe, but gives the feeling of a makeshift torpeedo instead

The feeling speed is well returned and excellent framing. The small island on the strong point of the image is really well seen. Very good work

This is a very good picture. The colours are intense, and the feeling of movement is very well captured. The focussed arched-linkage contrasts very well with the sky. Good composition.

Special picture at see level, impressive. But I think thatif you have took the picture a bit at higher speed (1/200) instead of (1/60), it will be better. I agree that the first plan shall be fuzzi to show the speed of the boat, but the middle would be better if it will be neat.
Well done Hisashi in any case.

Wonderful result, the motion blur really works well, I feel the speed in the front, while the background, the target is so peacful, nice and attractive. Great job Yuya!

Nice picture! It looks almost computer created. The blue color on the boat matches the beautiful sky and the blurred water gives a feeling of moving.
