We were in the beautiful and tourist city of Chamonix, on the feet of the Alps.
Chamonix is a vibrant alpine town with a wonderful architectural heritage that bears witness to a wealth of history. The Priory, alpine farms, baroque churches, art deco buildings and palaces from the "Golden Era". The cosmopolitan atmosphere in this small town is both captivating and enchanting.
In the image I present to you the statue that Chamonix has done in recognition to Horace Bénédict de Saussure, geologist and Swiss physicist who made important works on the freezing, emphasize the work published in 1796 "Voyages dans them the Alps". In 1787, he is able to make the ascent to Montblanc.

Nos encontramos en la bella y turística ciudad de Chamonix, a los pies de los Alpes.
Chamonix es una pequeña y vibrante ciudad alpina con una herencia arquitectónica abundante y maravillosa, es un claro testimonio de la historia. Tenemos el priorato, las granjas alpinas, las iglesias barrocas, los edificios del arte deco y los palacios de la "época del oro". La atmósfera cosmopolita de esta pequeña ciudad es encantadora.
En la imagen que os presento observamos la estatua que Chamonix ha hecho en reconocimiento a Horace Bénédict de Saussure,geólogo y físico suizo que realizó importantes trabajos sobre la glaciación, destaca el trabajo publicado en 1796 "Voyages dans les Alpes". En el año 1787 ,consigue realizar la ascensión al Montblanc.

it's a bit hard to put comments on this image
idea is good, sepia toning is good too. people walking around, daily scene from the town, relaxed atmosphere.. everything is great. angle for the shot too, composition
but still, this overexposure is too strong. simply too strong.
too bad for the great photo.

La foto está bien, tiene buen encuadre, pero quizás deberías haber puesto el cielo también de color sepia.

Me gustan muchos las fotografías de color sepia.
Y me parece que a esta, le viene muy bién.
Estoy de acuerdo con Marko y Ros : el blanco en el cielo es demasiado ... no puedo encontrar la palabra : brillando?
Al mismo tiempo, te da una impresión apocalíptica que se armoniza bién con la estatua... pero contradicha por el actitud colocada de los turistas.
