Welcome home. You found yourself a very fine view of the harbour in Bastia. Is it from your hotel? An interesting capture of daily life.

This ferry looks very impressive and I would not like to have my house near by it! A well chosen POV showing us the contrast between the old town and this giant boat. Good framing and colors naturally well rendered.

the ferry does indeed look a little out of proportion, and it has a good effect, makes the picture interesting.

Hello Gert,

This is an interesting one scene of port, so it's impressive to see the wharf which the boat anchored and many cars have parked, old buildings with the wall of gentle color and the ridgeline of a mountain in behind. And, you catch well the gorgeous ferry which is brought alongside the harbor of an island by good timing. A good composition and excellent tone/clarity.
