Photographer’s Note
Le Louvre again, with one of the ornemental ponds which surrounder the pyramid. Seen from above, the pyramid is surroundered by four smaller ones (you have seen one in a previous picture) and located at the center of a square of triangular ponds. This is a close-up of one of them. In the background, the right wing of the palace and the triumphal arc of the Carousel.

A very nice Sunday to all.

Unique shot of this famous and often photographed location! I like low, wide angle view of this, which allows you to get very close to the water and show the V. I like the balance in the shot too, which is very good. Well done!

Salut Emmanuel,

Hello Emmanuel,
You did a great job on this photo! Your fairly low rating by TE members is surprising. I only use the TE forum as a guide and not as the final word of a photograph's "worth". This is a highly creative image which offers a unique perspective of this landmark. Great work!

Hej Emmanuel,
Another excellent view. You placed the water well in the foreground with this well chosen low POV. The fountain looks nice between Le Louvre and the arch. The many people add life and colours. Good work!

Lars

Hi Emmanuel!
Impressive pov the one you have decided to create! The lines, that lead your eyes to the Louvre facade, and two the Triomph Arch, gives an excellent visual result, along with a very beautiful light, and this ray of water placed at the centre of the image.
I am enjoying a lot your Paris pictures!
Thank you so much for your words about my picture!
Cheers and take care!
Miguel
