Photographer’s Note

Taken from the church of Saint Martin, this sunny week-end shot shows the 'citadelle' (stronghold ?) of Saint Martin.

The church itself was almost destroyed at the end of the 17th century by (guess who :) English and Dutch navy.

At this time in the year, the village was really quiet (almost no vehicles inside), and the level of tourists was low :)
The harbor with all restaurants was a perfect resting place for lunch.

The shot is leveled, sharpened, and saturated a bit (to have a more 'summer' feel for the stone).
