One of three restored windmills close to the village of Saint-Germain-De-Vibrac in Charente-Maritime. I will be posting a closer view of one of them tomorrow.

Beaucoup de douceur dans cette composition, dûe je pense à ces collines arrondies et aux couleurs un peu pastel.
C'est bien vu d'avoir utilisé le chemin pour guider le regard vers le fond de l'image.

I love the way the patterns, textures, and colors lead my eye across the landscape .. the hint of tracks in the grass taking us down to the road is great. Picturesque and natural European landscape.

Hi Stephen, jsut read your intro for the first time, and what a good idea you have for organising your life. Looks like you're in the right partof Europe at the momoent form this fine landscape, reminds me of many trips down there at this time of year that I used to make in the '90s.

In this bucolic scene I can pictue Don Quixote, the windmill challenging, beckoning! Wonderful composition with lot's of ground and sky, with the windmill sitting in the distance. Well done! Have a good weekend,
